The sun is just peeking over the horizon here in Bali, painting the sky with soft, rosy hues as the clock ticks past 7:20 AM. There's a surprisingly crisp, almost cool breeze in the air this morning, a pleasant 14°C under partly cloudy skies, which is quite a refreshing change from our usual tropical warmth! You can already hear the gentle rustle of offerings being prepared, as many Balinese families begin their day by placing beautifully woven *canang sari* at their household shrines, a daily ritual of gratitude and devotion that fills the air with the sweet scent of frangipani and incense. It's a peaceful start, promising another vibrant day on the island of the gods.
